ABOUT me

Known by her peers in the sports and fitness industries as a #GoalDigger, Tilita Lutterloh sets ambitious goals and works diligently to achieve success. Hailing from Durham, North Carolina, Tilita has lived and worked in Washington D.C., New York City and currently resides in Los Angeles. From the early age of 4, Tilita set her sights on operating in excellence, making it a consistent habit to go above and beyond what is expected of her. As an adolescent she developed a deep passion for athletics, training, and competing as a gymnast for over 11 years before being introduced to Track & Field by a high school coach. Tilita later attended Howard University and ran on the track team competing in the 400m run and relays, holding the undefeated record for the triple jump. Tilita has since competed in races across the US for the past 20 years, going as far as Unattached Olympic Development Track, ranking 8th in the nation in Triple Jump.

Tilita Lutterloh has strived for excellence in her own life as an athlete and has been the catalyst for change among many other athletes across the nation. Her experience, knowledge, and passion led her to become a fitness coach. Tilita began her training career at Equinox Fitness Club, there she worked for over 12 years, leading clients to unprecedented levels in their athletic and personal lives. She continued her education in training earning a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Coach Level 1 certification from the United States Track and Field Association. With a focus on complete well being, Tilita also serves as a Functional Movement Screen Level 2 Practitioner and a Revo2lution Running Certified Coach. She also holds under her belt Pre-Post Natal and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications. Most recently she earned a certificate as a Master Nutrition Coach from leading health and wellness pillar Precision Nutrition.

Also a member of Health Made Simple PRO, she has catapulted the health and fitness of athletes on the high school, collegiate and elite levels. Her expansive clientele also includes weekend warriors, artists, executives and parents looking to set a healthy example for their employees and families. Tilita’s focus on wholeness has allowed her to curate her own #TILITAFIED high performance and wellness experience - incorporating core principles for physical transformation, such as weight loss and sports performance, thus creating a blueprint for achieving goals in all areas of life.  Tilita's intense high energy sessions focus on cardio, strength training, functional movement and mobility work needed for one's specific sport, daily performance, and goals.

Tilita takes a values-centered approach to cultivating new mindsets and habits within her clients, allowing them to be fully prepared for their physical transformations. Tilita's commitment to improving the lives of others has helped her clients to gain sustainable independence – equipping them with the knowledge and tools to maintain their health and fitness on their own.
